What to expect

When you contact us, we'll typically schedule an initial consultation to discuss your situation. This conversation helps us understand your circumstances and recommend the most appropriate service.

Initial consultations can be conducted in person at our Salford office, by phone, or via secure video call. The format is entirely up to you based on what works best for your situation.

Before your consultation

To make the most of your initial meeting, it helps to gather any relevant documents you have available:

• Recent benefit decision letters or current award notices
• Medical evidence related to health conditions or disabilities
• Recent payslips or proof of income if working
• Rental agreements or mortgage statements
• National Insurance number and proof of identity

Don't worry if you don't have all these documents. We can work with whatever information you have and help you obtain missing items as part of the process.

Accessibility

Our office is wheelchair accessible with ground-floor meeting rooms available. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please mention them when scheduling your appointment so we can ensure appropriate arrangements are in place.

We're also happy to conduct consultations entirely remotely if traveling to our office presents challenges.
